  Worst. If you ever get the policy from them, read your policy three times. I got policy from Willard in April 2016 and electronically signed all the required paperwork and paid the premium in full. After FOUR months from start of my policy his office staff, (Robert Mann) called me and said “Oh Mr. Khan, we are missing your application form and PIP rejection form you were supposed to sign at the start of the policy. Can you please sign and date the form to reject PIP coverage now”. He emailed me the form and under the impression that my premium was for a policy without PIP coverage, I signed the form in August, 16. Then they started sending me bills for rejecting the PIP coverage saying you had PIP coverage and now you changed it, so pay the extra amount. To give you an idea of how much extra you will pay on you insurance premium, I end up paying around $140 extra over my insurance premium of $655 (more than 20% of the premium). So if you want to avoid paying extra, DON’T GO to them and if you are already with them, Beware of their tricks and DON’T SIGN any paperwork in the middle of your policy.
