- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Wish I could give 0 stars. Had fraudulent debit charges in San Antonio. Fraud dept. Tells me as soon as they receive the signed affidavit they will credit the account. This branch tells me 6 business days. The call center supervisor says 10 business days. Manager forgets to order my permanent card and checks. Manager forgets to tell me there will be a hold on checks costing me hundreds of overdraft fees. Completely disgustedBy A Google User, October 10, 2016
