  Every time I come to this bank to make a business deposit for my employer the line is ridiculous. There are two cars ahead of me and I have been waiting 16 minutes already. They are still "helping" the first car. It should not take 16+ minutes to do a deposit. From now on I will go out of my way to the chase bank at Morton and Fry rd where I am never waiting more than 10 minutes even with three to four cars in front of me.

  So slow! They need more tellers! I drive past this branch to go to one further and it's much faster than waiting here.

  They either need to hire more people or replace the people they have .... the fact that they always only have 1 line open outside plus the 1 line inside and u can have have 3 or 4 people infront of you and wait 45mins for help is absolutely ridiculous! I just got to the window outside after waiting 45 mins and you can see inside.... there was NOBODY in the inside line! And there were 3 women behind the desk 2 of which where just talking and laughing as soon as they saw my phone bc I made it look as if I was recording them... all of a sudden I get helped... didnt take long to deposit my check smiled and gave me a lollipop with my receipt.... Never have I ever gotten a lollipop with my receipt in the 5 years I've had to stop at this bank .. they knew what was wrong.... who ever runs this place needs to improve the staff and service ...all the review's are horrible for this location....or Chase needs to fix who ever is running this location period! If I could give 0 stars I would!
