  I recently started using this location and I am in shock with the customer service I get! Karma has been such a pleasant agent to work with. Not only that, but she remembers a majority of the clients who walk in by face! LOVE IT. Makes my experience more personal when I arrive.

  Ive been banking with Chase for a while and I am so happy with the help I have received from this location so far. My husband lost his job in oil and gas and while he was looking for another job which set us back a lot financially. I went in to see if they would reverse some fees we had. Karma the manager was so nice while I waited for a banker. She sat with me Christina who was a godsend. She got me approved for a credit card and helped me with the fees which helped us make it through. I bank at a few places and out of all the ones I visited I received the most exceptional service from Chase. The situation is embarrassing but the banker showed so much compassion and was willing to help. The whole experience made my day and when we get back on our feet we will be moving everything to Chase.

  I used to really like this Chase location. Until they replaced all of their front tellers with fancy ATM machines that do exactly what normal ATM machines do. This has created an absurdly long wait time to see a banker or teller. The only time most people need to go into a bank rather than use the drive through or ATM machines is to speak with a banking employee. And for whatever reason Chase thought it'd be a good idea to minimize this customer service option. The employees at this branch are friendly and helpful. You just can't replace that kind of customer service with a machine.
