  Was trying to choose which watch I wanted to purchase and "I took too long". The salesman behind the counter got annoyed, raised his voice, and said I wasted his time. He got frustrated, and then walked out the store. I told the salesman when I walked into the store that I did not have a budget, but if i were to find a watch for a price i thought was reasonable, i would buy it. The salesman was clearly just trying to make a sale after lowering the price of the watch 5 TIMES. Found the same watch I wanted for $70 less on eBay. Do not buy from these people, they can't even spend an hour with you in their store! Shake my head..

  These guys repaired my Hamilton Automatic Watch that wasn't keeping time correctly and needed a deep servicing as well as a new sapphire crystal. They did it in 3 days and I could not be anymore happier! I recommend these guys for any repair you need to get done. They also have a jeweler on site sizing rings and making jewelry as well.

  Went there with my husband to get a wedding set I was excited about the prices, after purchasing my new rings and seeingbthe No Refunds policy I started to feel that I acted too hasty. After leaving the store and reading the horrible absolutely terrible reviews I started to get this awful sinking feeling that I may have been ripped off and was sold fake diamonds. I took my rings to a certified jewelry specialist who told me after multiple testing devices that not only are my diamonds REAL they are upper middle to high class/quality. The jeweler told me I basically stole my rings for the price I paid, he also educated me on the setting telling me to be careful because the setting is very delicate and the quality of small diamonds I have would be very expensive to replace if I lose any of my side stones. The gentlemen at the Jewelry Box were very nice and respectful even when I was being a little demanding and pushy, give them a try before you write them off with all these bad reviews Im glad I did.

  Got my ring sized here and when they gave it to me I noticed a side diamond was missing. After pointing it out to them they refused to take responsibility for it and told me it was missing before I came in. I can hear the jeweler pounding on my ring and I would notice if a diamond was missing on my ring beforehand. It's a side diamond so it would not be much to replace it but they would not take responsibility for it. I would not trust the integrity and work here.
