    Went to see a manager at the new BB&T on Westheimer, and was greeted by the General manager Michael Erskine. He was extremely rude and made me and my wife feel uncomfortable as he was short and rude to us. We were past Citibank customers who just transferred to BB&T and find this relation unacceptable.
