  I always thought going through the drive thru should be one transaction. There are customers that send that tube back and forth 3 or 4 time and that is ridiculous. If they need to send it that many time obviously they need to go inside and the killing part is the employee let them continue holding up the line. People are doing there inside banking in the drive thru. I've sat in the line behind one car almost thirty minutes and that is totally ridiculous, the drive thru should be a quick transaction.

  How can they have only one employee working for the drive thru and the lobby when they have 5 employees walking around lobby. Nobody was happy very upset
