  i have never liked banks because of terrible customer service. Generally i hear that Wells is bad place to bank but this location has exceeded my expectations in every way.

  Today is my worst experience ever. I come to like this location because it's very convenient for me. But today I wanted to do notery done . And me and my husband wait there for 30 minutes and no reply or nothing form any bankers. But me and my husband saw that all the bankers have a customer and they were just talking to their customers in their own language just ha ha ha and hehehe that's all they were doing . I am so disappointed today . Just because you know someone form your own country it doesn't means that you just keep talking to them and wasting your time and other customers time too .

  I always see people leaving here upset, now I know why. Other locations I've used will actually explore other options to try and fix the problem. I was hoping to use this location out of convience but you are better off going to the one on Mason road for a more pleasent transaction and better customer service.
