- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The most horrible experience I ever had walking into a bank , I see there is a long line to make deposits ,people waiting to see bankers and I myself waiting to be helped and no one acknowledging me but 2 female employees talking laughing and giggling in Spanish which I found was the actual branch manager and her employee, oh the other side a banker just sitting on the phone picking her nose and went I went up to her all she could tell me I'm not the right person I'm a private banker just have a seat someone will help you moving on with her phone call. At that point I had walked out made sure I picked up a business card her name is pragati adlakha she is a private banker . I will make sure I never go there again and tell whoever I cannot to go there for help that branch has no service .By Naida Ebrahim, December 31, 2016
